SqwertArmyBot Terms of Service

These Terms apply to SqwertArmyBot, a livestream chat automation bot used for GeneralQwert's Twitch and YouTube streams. By authorizing or operating the service, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Twitch, YouTube, and Google platform rules.

SqwertArmyBot provides livestream automation features such as configured chat commands, timer messages, stream-status integrations, and related administrative tools. Features may differ between Twitch and YouTube.

You may not use SqwertArmyBot to violate applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others; to send abusive or deceptive content; or to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

SqwertArmyBot depends on third-party services including Twitch, YouTube/Google APIs, Render, and MongoDB. Availability and functionality may be affected by changes, outages, quotas, or policies of those services.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued as the bot evolves or as required by third-party platform changes.

6. Disclaimer

SqwertArmyBot is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by service interruptions, third-party platform failures, or unauthorized misuse of the service.
